The Wonderful Company and its affiliates, including: daily building operations, landscaping, security, tenant relations, repair and maintenance, and safety testing.

We also oversee all major capital improvements for our properties. In 2015, we managed $17 million in capital projects. Some recent examples include: 

 

2015: A $200,000 street improvement project for our downtown Los Angeles property including drainage, sewer, public utility facilities, sidewalks and paving. 

 

Restoration of the beautiful courtyard waterfall feature at the company headquarters. This project involved re-waterproofing the entire waterfall and pond, along with all new mechanical systems and cosmetic upgrades.

 

2014: An extensive basement renovation at the company headquarters, which included construction of the company store that provides company products and promotional items to Wonderful employees. This project also involved the reorganization and design of building storage for all departments, installation of a printing system that has the capabilities to produce all print and advertising materials for the company, along with a yoga facility.

 

2016 / 2017: A $2.5 million upgrade to the elevator system at the company headquarters.
